Our electrical engineering capabilities include the design of power distribution and drive systems, power distribution analysis, associated motor controls, lighting, and utilities. Canal provides through our sources electrical designs for multi-discipline projects as well as those which consist of only electrical or electrical controls design. Our detailed contractor-oriented drawings are easily bid and efficiently built.
Canal can also provide through our sources complete, custom process control solutions utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and graphic interfaces from numerous manufacturers: Rockwell, Wonderware, GE Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Modicon Concept, Emerson Provox / DeltaV, and Siemens. We regularly interface various controls systems and field devices into a single, integrated control system.
